For guests who are in a couple, must show a Marriage Book or other Proof of Marriage
Prohibited from bringing sharp weapons, drugs, liquor and other prohibited items
No Pets in the Hotel
Forbidden to Bring Fruit (Durian, Mangosteen)
Loss of Goods in the room or Hotel Area is not the responsibility of the Hotel
The hotel is not responsible for damage, loss of Motor / Car vehicles in the Hotel Area

1) Booking Policy:
Children and extra beds
a) Extra bed depends on the room you choose. Please check the capacity of each room for more details. With the minimum age of guests is: 0 years old.
b) Infants 0-8 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds.
c) Children 8 years and above are considered as adults i.e. must use an extra bed which will incur an additional charge.
In 1 Deluxe or Superior room has a capacity of 2 people, except under the age of 8 years can count as a capacity of 3 people.
2) Cancellation Policy
No refund & reschedule
Room reservations cannot be refunded or rescheduled. If you do not come to the accommodation for check-in, you will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given.
Amounts from the use of gift vouchers or promos cannot be refunded.
